2. Christian Hackenberg:

QB Type: Pocket Passer
Signed with: Penn State
QB Type: Pocket Passer
Christian Hackenberg is the number two pocket passer in the nation for the class of 2013 in my rankings. This past year he threw for 2,144 yards and 24 touchdowns and only 9 interceptions, as he led Fork Union to a 10-3 record. Hackenberg played in the Under Armour All-American Game and became a member of the Elite 11. Despite the situation at Penn State and the team being on suspension, Hackenberg signs with them intent on becoming a big leader and building them back up.
3. Cooper Bateman
Hometown: Salt Lake City, UT
School: Cottonwood High School (UT)
Signed with: Alabama
QB Type: Pocket Passer
Cooper Bateman highlights
In his junior year, Bateman threw for 2,484 yards, 26 touchdowns, only 7 interceptions, and a completion percentage of 54%. Bateman was invited to the Elite 11 competition and played in the Under Armour All-American Game. At number three in the nation in my quarterback rankings, Bateman could be a potential gem for Alabama in the coming years.

Hometown: Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
School: Santa Margarita Catholic (CA)
Signed with: Nebraska
QB Type: Dual-Threat
Johnny Stanton highlights
Johnny Stanton profile
Stanton was limited to playing in only five games his senior year due to an ACL injury. In just those five games, Stanton threw 11 touchdowns and a total of 949 yards. He rushed for 386 yards, 6 touchdowns, and averaged over 8 yards per carry. He led the Eagles to a 5-0 start before getting injured. If you watch the highlights of his junior year on the link above, you will see why he is one of top QB's in the nation and why I have ranked in my top 5. In his junior year he rushed for 1,528 yards and 25 TD's, and threw for 2,439 yards and 13 TD's. In that year, he led the Eagles to the Division 1 California State Championship and won it on a last second 4th down quarterback sneak. In that game he threw for 4 touchdowns and 306 yards. He also became a member of the Elite 11 after recovering from his injury. I predict Stanton will start for Nebraska his sophomore year. Don't miss watching this stud on Saturdays in the coming years.

Kevin Olsen highlights
Kevin Olsen profile
I have the 6'3 195 pound future Miami Hurricane ranked 5 in the nation in my quarterback rankings. Olsen became a member of the prestigious Elite 11. He missed most of his senior year due to a broken right foot in the opening game, and it nearly costed Olsen his entire senior year. The injury occurred in the second half of the first game when Olsen was already 11 of 17 for 120 yards, and 3 TD's.
